Payment and Subscription

• Payments are processed monthly via Stripe.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Stripe account or by contacting us at support@breezepage.com
• Customers may request to upgrade or downgrade their subscription plan (e.g., Standard to Premium or vice versa) after their website has been delivered. To request a plan change, please email support@breezepage.com. Plan changes are subject to availability and may affect billing, features, and delivery priority.

30 Day Money-Back Guarantee, Refunds & Cancellations

• BreezePage offers a 30-day money-back guarantee for customers who are not completely satisfied with their website design. To request a refund, you must contact us within thirty (30) days of your purchase. Refund requests can be submitted by contacting your assigned Website Support Specialist or through the designated support channels. Upon approval, we will issue a full refund for the service fee.
• After the first 30 days, you may cancel your subscription at any time to stop future billing. Your website will remain active until the end of your current billing period, but no refunds will be provided for past service fees beyond the 30-day period.
• If you have purchased a custom domain through BreezePage, the cost of the domain registration will be deducted from any refund. Domain registrations are non-refundable once completed. Newly registered domains are typically subject to a registry or ICANN transfer restriction and may not be transferable to another registrar for approximately sixty (60) days after registration.
• Your assigned Website Support Specialist will assist with any domain-related questions and will help arrange a transfer to a registrar of your choice once the registry allows it. If immediate access to the domain is required, your Specialist will advise on potential alternatives.
• BreezePage reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to approve or deny refund requests in cases where extraordinary circumstances apply.

Service Delivery

• We aim to deliver websites as soon as possible.
• Our Premium Plan includes prioritized delivery, meaning all Premium Plan projects are processed before other projects. However, we do not guarantee specific turnaround times or service-level agreements (SLAs).
• We will provide an estimated turnaround time before starting the website design, once all required website details have been submitted.

Customer Responsibilities

• You must provide all requested content, information, and materials necessary for the completion of your website in a timely manner.
• Your prompt responses to emails and communications from BreezePage are required to avoid delays in the design and delivery process.
• BreezePage reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to suspend, delay, or decline service if a customer fails to provide requested information, is unresponsive, or otherwise impedes the design process.

Ownership and Licensing

• BreezePage retains all rights, title, and interest in the website code, markup, scripts, templates, UI elements, icons, and stock images that we develop or provide for your website. Any such assets are either owned by BreezePage or licensed to us for use in your website.
• Any text, images, logos, or other materials that you provide to BreezePage for use on your website remain your property, even if we edit, adapt, or format them for use in the site.
• You are responsible for ensuring that all content you provide does not infringe on the rights of any third party.
• If you require copies of any content you submitted, or any text or images currently used on your website, please contact your assigned Website Support Specialist. BreezePage will assist you in obtaining your content in a reasonable format.

Downtime

• Hosting is provided through Cloudflare Pages. While Cloudflare is a reputable and reliable hosting platform, BreezePage does not guarantee specific uptime, availability, or performance levels.
• We take all reasonable steps to maintain continuous service and minimize any potential downtime. However, uninterrupted service cannot be guaranteed, and temporary interruptions may occur due to maintenance, technical issues, or third-party outages beyond our control.
• In the event that your website experiences downtime for any reason, we will make reasonable efforts to inform you of the cause and provide an estimated time for resolution, where possible.
• BreezePage is not liable for any loss of revenue, business interruption, reputational harm, or other consequences arising from the temporary unavailability, reduced performance, or interruption of your website.

Custom Domains

• Custom domain registration and management are available exclusively to customers on the Premium Plan.
• When you purchase a custom domain through BreezePage, we will handle the registration and configuration process on your behalf. Please note that certain premium or high-demand domain names may fall outside the scope of our standard offering. In such cases, we reserve the right not to proceed with the purchase. If this occurs, your assigned Website Support Specialist will contact you to discuss alternative domain options and next steps before any final decision is made.
• Domain registration fees are non-refundable once the registration has been completed. Accordingly, if you request a refund under our 30-day money-back promise and the total amount you have paid does not cover the cost of your custom domain, the domain fee will be deducted from your refund. The domain may still be transferred to you, subject to standard registry or ICANN transfer restrictions:
• Newly registered domains are typically subject to a transfer restriction period imposed by the registry or ICANN, usually lasting approximately sixty (60) days from the date of registration. During this period, domain transfers to another registrar may not be possible. We will confirm any applicable deductions, transfer restrictions, and available options during the refund or cancellation process.
• BreezePage does not guarantee the availability or continued ownership of a particular domain name and is not liable for any issues arising from registry rules, transfer delays, or third-party registration policies.

Liability and Contact Forms

• Our websites are designed to be simple and do not collect, store, or process personal data through built-in features such as user accounts, databases, analytics, or tracking systems. Any personal information entered by visitors is limited to what they voluntarily submit through contact forms, if such forms are included on your website.
• For Premium Plan customers embedding contact forms: BreezePage enables form submissions via trusted third-party services. You are responsible for ensuring that any personal data collected through these forms complies with applicable data protection and privacy laws.
• BreezePage disclaims all liability for any issues, disputes, or damages arising from your collection, use, or management of personal data submitted through contact forms.

Service Cancellation

• We reserve the right to cancel or suspend our services at any time if the content provided, or the purpose of the website, is deemed illegal, offensive, or otherwise inappropriate.
• Additionally, we may cancel or suspend services for any other reason at our discretion.

Privacy

• Our collection and use of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review the document to understand how we handle your data.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

• These Terms and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom.
• By using our services, you agree that any legal proceedings will be brought exclusively in the courts of the United Kingdom. BreezePage welcomes customers globally, but all legal matters will be handled under UK jurisdiction.
